★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 12 nights during my recent visits to Alor Setar. Ample parking, easy card access door. Room is comfy with spacious bathroom & wifi. Love the round big mirror hanging in the toilet. Only drawback is there is no window for single & double room. Only family suite has windows. Downstairs have Merry Brown, Guardian, 7E, Mr. DIY, US Pizza, Cafe Blackwood as tenant..so convienient. Would definately come back again.

1.No Internet connection, it gives error after keying user name and password in loggin pag .
2.Building is under construction and stressful noises all day.
3.Housekeeping are friendly but management is bad.
Not a good place to relax after long day trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clean room. Service is quick and fast. Great pit stop for those who is on the way to Langkawi as the hotel is near to the Kuala.Kedah Jetty.
Many eateries and fast food outlets plus a supermarket adjacent to the hotel. Very convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for a night, rooms smells of mould so much, felt hard to breathe. The walls should be repainted, they are so dirty and the blanket on the bed needs washing too, was stained and dirty. Not even a drinking water in the room.
Definitely not worth the high price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is very clean and there’s a lot of store, restaurant and even guardian downstairs! Do keep in mind that there is deposit key for the room :) The water is not that warm despite the heater. So I suggest you to switch off those air conditioner first if you don’t want to freeze

Good price with decent room size. Good facilities available at the commercial area such as 7E, cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Parking was easy for me.. quite lucky.
Room are furnished with basic amenities, low quality pillows. While TV channel are those free to air selection.
Unable to have decent sleep because of poor sound proof between room, can hear kids are jumping running above my room...bit disappointed.
