★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a price tag which is always above their stated price on mudah and have a service charge of RM3,800 on top of the listed prices. Most of the cars are also always 1 year older than stated age .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had in general a good experience with Alpha Motor Enterprise and specific with Mr. Tang.
He did what he promised. The deal we made was executed as agreed. Appointments were kept.
Alpha Motor Enterprise gives a week warranty on breakdown on Engine and or Gearbox. We encountered a problem with Engine oil loss. After 500km the oil level was below minimum. I was worried and went to the Volvo dealer to have it checked. They confirmed the leakage and repaired it. When I confronted Mr. Tang with my findings and the bill, he paid the repair costs without hesitation. So there was no breakdown, but still Alpha Motor Enterprise paid the bill. That's good.
My only doubt is. Could Mr. Tang have known there was something with the oil leakage?? The black film on the inner white color of Engine Hood should have made him suspicious as being a professional. Never the less; He stood up and faced the consequences and paid without hesitation.
So for me, it was a good experience.

Thanks to Mr Tang for his efficiency and professionalism in a one to one deal with me. Not forgetting also his friendly sales team who always greet me with smiley-face and helpful too. Overall am pleased with the service here. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boss Baba Tang (Mr.Tang) very steady and answer to all enquiries been very helpful and caring service from A to Z and 1 to 100 fully service….Even my friend and parents say that ( is this actually used car? ) Quality tiptop what Baba say what he give …..without worries and ntg to afraid of — a legitimate businessman????And this is my 1st time owning a used car this is really mind chging experience???? Baba Tang ( Mr.Tang) got him no scam no worry….even car small matter he can settle no problem ????✅ 2nd car planning to buy here no other ??✅
