management quite nice and helpful.
but, becoming of some unit still under renovation, and serounding area still under construction, you need to be patient with a little bit noise and dust.
minus, got almost no choice for grab food and food panda due to too isolated location from matured development area.

Luckily didn't buy property here. Disastrous investment.
1. One tower (20+ floors) shares 3 lifts.
- Lift ALWAYS malfunctioned. The worst case is sometimes only 2 lifts functioning.
- You need to wait forever for the lift.
- Small and dirty lift.
2. Residents from two towers share 3 treadmills.
- Got indoor and outdoor gym.
- Small indoor gym with VERY FEW facilities.
- The outdoor equipments very old style.
- Very 'kedekut' real estate developer.
3. Rain water leaking to house.
- Mold everywhere.
4. Less choices of eateries at commercial lots.
- 2x pricey than restaurant out there
- terrible taste
5. Poor residents parking lots design.
- You need to drive forever to reach your own parking lot
6. Residents car can't enter because system down.
- Non-resident needs to scan TnG card for entering the area
- Resident car plates will be scanned automatically
- Sometimes the camera can't detect residents' car plates
7. The rubbish dump room super DIRTY.
- Every floor has a designated room for you to throw rubbish
- You need to open the door before entering
- Once enter that room, it was super smelly and the floor covered by dirty rain water (Always full with water)
- Unethical residents just put the rubbish on the dustbin cover
