I chose to try the package as advertised, but I'm also one who walked out with much regret after being persuaded by an array of packages. Whatever reason you want to get away, they've prepared an answer for it.
I bought the 800+ package with no improvement on skin... In fact, on my second last session, my treatment turned sour when mid-extraction the lady stopped halfway, and I think it was the head beautician (who sold me the packages) who took over and told me that my skin was getting worse. I was also told that I had a lot of skin tags because im Malay? And she recommends that i do it. I knew where this was going, and true enough, by the end of the session, she insisted on taking a package that cost me 2.8k. Also, she will give me free eye treatment. Funny enough, that's the least of my concern, but she'd go on making you feel terrible about your face. I got away by saying I will subscribe to it on my last session, but the fact is, I was ready to part ways and forget about this whole ordeal.
I'm currently seeing a dermatologist. My skin now improved dramatically with just chemical peel treatments that are affordable and effective. If you have any skin problems, AVOID this place. They genuinely want your money. It's an expensive lesson for me, but please, avoid this place while still can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the facials here are okay. There’s a bit of waiting time here and there but around 2.5 hours in total for the treatment. The beautician was gentle with my face and provided good massage. Would prefer if there was more explaining on some of the steps.

She was very professional and knowledgeable on my skins problem. The environment was also very peaceful, very clean and beautifully decorated. I would recommend for those who want to give it a try to come here.

I've had facials elsewhere, and this is quite serene. I enjoyed the machine and cooling masks they provided. My skin is not terribly sensitive, but it may be an issue for others. Most of the masks are cold, and extraction is quite light, beautician knew what she was doing. I went in expecting my skin to feel supple and hydrated, it did just that.
