★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Submit everything and received an email to make appointment, system show error and unable to make appointment for tag collection. Try email asking for help no avail.
Kindly advise what to do next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite near to custom. Went on sat 2pm and waiting time is less than 15mins. Service was good too.
Just take note that nearest toilet is without water and very disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience. I had booked a slot right after their lunch, but landed early during their lunch time. They didn’t ask me to wait, nor did they ask me to come back later. They just proceeded to do their task and within 10 min I was done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the designated collection centers for VEP RFID Tag, this location is good for those coming back from Johor Jaya as it is on the highway back to Singapore.
Please ensure you already have an appointment confirmation before you visit the Centre. Your registration confirmation is not a confirmation of appointment, have to wait for another email that will ask you to make an appointment to collect the RFID Tag.
Please ensure you have these before you visit the collection centre to avoid inconvenience;
1) Print out of the Tag Appointment Slip, send to you by email.
2) Print out of Vehicle Log Card from onemotoring.sg
3) Print out of passport copy
4) Print out of Insurance Certificates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue for 1.5hours totally didn't move.. will long queue ard 50ppls then front ppls ask only know their gv who with have appointments card go in but all appointment not follow appointed timing. Disappointed with Singapore brand in Msia.. poor & service guys rude..
