โ โ โ โ โ totally different experience to the Versace boutique in KLCC, which was excellent,
the staff here in Pavilion are attentive but just missing the mark, don't feel welcomed
will revise review after a revisit

โ โ โ โ โ Ayo. Should hv gone to KLCC one instead. The lower floor store was restocking (or smthg) for opening the next day. They basically told us to buzz off and that they were closed. We googled the store and knew to go upstairs to the other Versace store, where the staff were very nice and apologised for the downstairs' rude behaviour (the rude were not staff apparently, but restockers.. or maybe owners.. even worse

โ โ โ โ โ The BEST shopping experience at Versace Pavilion store indeed. The key staff to look for are Farhann + Tyler, what a great team. They took their time to explain + advise on all interested items, lots of patience + knowledge of the brand concept, was in no rush to force me to buy. They even took photos for me to assess the outfits. Best photographer has to be Tyler who happily monitored every angle + pose before I made my final decision. Farhann knew the Versace principles thoroughly + explained each concept with enthusiasm. I couldn't have asked for a better team serving me. I hope the other stores will take note of this excellent service. I have been a customer for a few years + it gets better all the time. Thanks a lot guys!! โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ It is hard to give numbers of star for this outlet. I had experience both extreme customer service at a same day - good and bad attitude.
Tyler is a great Sales Assistant, I have to say he gave great service to each of walk in customer. Helpful and polite, saw him patiently recommend and explain each products. I was waiting on them to check stock availability, he kept come over to ensure am fine and apologize on the delay.
