Suspect that it was sold to secondary market instead since the price was below market price. Received similar feedback from other collectors. Not recommended to purchase from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid customer service. I ordered a Hot Toys Rescue from them and when asked when my item arrived. They simply reply with rude attitude “ Customer not paid how to ship? “ when my question was WHEN IT ARRIVES.
Not only they provide with rude attitude, they are also irresponsible whenever a preordered item has arrived in their stock, never informed the customer yet when asked, give rude attitude.
NEVER AGAIN PO from them guys, if you want to preorder from them, prepare to get scold by them.

A very aggressive workers and salesmen there.
No respect of kids and customer.
Do believe me, you should avoid this company and I will about about their conduct on my next radioshow. I will ask also my friends to do so on Astro.

No return for change damaged items. Safe time and money and don't make any orders here

But recently, they held a BearBrick convention, and I discovered that this is what they do to Hot Wheels… I’m utterly disappointed with the staffs and their way of treating these collectibles.
