★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for recommendation of 2 way speakers with rm20000 budget. The man in charge of the shop said that i can only try the 3 way speakers as it is already connected to the amplifier in the av room.
Very bad service as he is so lazy to even connect the speaker cable to the 2 way speakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place probably has the most miserable looking and clueless saleswoman in Pavilion. Not helped by their poor stock choices. If you want proper audiovisual advice and excellent choices, do yourself a favour by avoiding this shop and go visit CMY at Sungei Wang Plaza just down the road. Should be renamed AV Kampung.

saleswomen is clueless and lazy , told that no audition available in fact the system is on
soon after another salesman came and turned it on for us.
after 2 minutes of audition, could feel the vibe that he was pushing us out from the shop.
failed AV kampung.
after reading the review here, i head to CMY at sungai weng, and got my overhead speakers from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst attitude and worst sales knowledge I have come across when visiting a shop. The sales inside didn't come to serve nor ask when I entering the shop. When I start asking the model of speakers one of the sales just anyhow provide stupid non existing models which I am sure he is either not doing his homework or having serious mentality issues . No wonder I can see their shop having some old models and I bet they will be in the shop for few more years , if this shop keep operating like this then good luck to them .

I came AV World at Pavilion KL to buy Christmas gift, The sales assistant very helpful explain & demonstration all Bluetooth speaker 1 by 1 until me satisfied match with my budget. I'm happy on her patient and good service, even she offer me a complimentary service for gift wrapping. Thank you very much, I will recommend more friends who interested for sound and gadget products.???
