★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a super duper terrible service provider, service bad, technical dept also no word to desecirbe, every time when have issus, and called up, the dept u spoke to, at the end the will said “Sorry, Sir we dunno, this is belongs to another dept or outsource agent”
M wondering the whole company just like an empty shell, everything they dunno and just outsource! If I would have other options, definitely will no use their service in my area, in fact, they not even entitle for one star rating, should be even lower than tat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer for over 2 years. The frustration over the constant disconnects and never be able to reach their customer service can make any person go bald. No information on service disruptions anywhere doesn't make it better. This was only my only choice when I moved in but now there are other options. Extremely happy to move on. Don't ever choose Viewqvest if you want to keep your sanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST EVER isp. Really horrible and useless. Using it for 2 months and it has been down 3 times, each time for a couple of hours.
People need the internet for work and this is disrupting my work. We don’t even have good 4G mobile coverage here (Eco Ardence Setia Alam) by Maxis and this makes it worse.
If you can’t provide reliable internet, shut it down!
To make it worse, when you leave a comment on their social media and via FB messenger, no replies!
Just look at this Google review section, nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paying premium price with terrible service. Within 2 months, DNS setting changed a few times and keep routing me to scam website, cant access banking website, delivery platform and etc. Its working fine with my own mobile data. Totally compromised our security.
