Season pass will charge you quarterly with deposit but wont provide enough parking lot.
When want to terminate their service, have to give them 1 month writing notice to get your deposit back. But wont give back your money unless you chase them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They simply don't care sent an email to them about contra renovation deposit to monthly maintenance, tai chi me to write email to hezrie, some manager. Got an auto email saying will respond in 3 days, it's been 8 days and nothing. Called them again and they mentioned all they can do is highlight to manager. It seems they dont want us to pay the maintenance so they can charge us on the interest. They are slow to respond but accounts is fast to ask u for monthly payments and interest. Someone should sue them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really terrible parking management office, please improve your process and system immediately!! Super slow in processing everything, a small office with 2 front desk workers handling so many buildings parking. Super long queue especially during peak hour, come on la, we all work here not playing around. You think we have alot of time to waste by waiting FOR SO LONG HOURS just to apply for the season park or just to make the payment?
While waiting there, I have long enough to discover your problems - the reasons for the long queue.
Simple suggestions for you
1) Allow online transfer for payment.
2) For those 1st applicant kindly just provide a tray with the forms + applicant requirements info for them to get the form, so that ppl don't have to wait long in queue just to get the form (and your worker also won't get interrupted by those queries and asking for form when serving the other customer).
3) And those that needed to submit the application form, just provide another tray for submission, that's all!!
4) Add another pc for your workers to enter data/ process data, so that your workers don't have to wait for each other's turn to use it!!!
5) When long queue built up, add more serving counters (I see other backend workers just sit there or wander around instead of helping the front desk workers) what is your priority here?! Not the customer?
Please think of a way to improve your service! Can you imagine you need more than 10 minutes to serve a person, you need 1 hour or more just to serve 6 customers? How efficiency is that? We pay for the parking not queue to get free parking, please treat your customer well.
