The overall ambience is pleasant with courteous staff members and their rates seem reasonable. Vision Space can be recommended as a good one stop solution for your eyewear needs

β β β β β The most professional optical shop I've been too in ages. Located at ss2 this optical shop have parking for its customers. I went in to buy a pair of contacts lenses and the optometrist , Arthur, help me to do a series of test for my eyes. They have state of the art equipments paired with world class service. Would highly recommend to people around PJ.

Unfortunately, all the glasses (renowned brands at that) be it spectacles or sunglasses purchased over the last few years, seemed to give me problems one after another. Nothing major but just minor inconveniences like frequent dropping of nose pads, loosening of tiny frame screws, etc. Spent quite a fair bit on all my purchases; never expected world-renowned eye frame brands to be so flimsy.

β β β β β The best optical outlet I have been to. The staffs here are professional, courteous and friendly. The ambient of the outlet is so pleasing and uncrowded. Parking is a breeze, considering it is in SS2 area.
I had my reading glass done here after my cataract operation and I notice that the charges here are reasonable. On two other occasions I have to come to this outlet to repair my spectacles. They did it for me without any charges at all. They are such a kind and service orientated outlet!

β β β β β was disappointed with long delay (about a month) in getting my spec. At first, Staff in-charge give a lame excuse it was due to delay in receiving the lens from supplier. On the following week, he called again and this time blamed the supplier for sending defective lens to the shop. For customer point of view, it is not only annoying and they can be naive to think that customer would believe their story which try to tai chi away their responsibility. At the end, the person in charge collected full payment from me without compensating me anything for the long waiting time other than giving me two cheapo items as gift. The level of service not worth the premium price I paid to purchase my spec.

β β β β β I very rarely write reviews whatmore rave over an optical shop, but I have nothing but praise for this outlet. Using top notch equipment and practices that surpassed my eye checkup experience in the UK, they have one of the best eye health-oriented services, with a very comprehensive and customised vision eye test. I didn't expect my vision to go from HD to UHD-- after a decade of eyesight dissatisfaction and misdiagnosis. To top it off, they have extremely competitive pricing for their products. Building ambiance was also very comfortable with private parking available. Never knew I could be this happy visiting an optical shop. I wll come again, and have already spreaded the word to friends and family.
