★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a car frm WAB motor this year. So far the car run smoothly and already sent for major service. Have to add around 4k for otr price. The guy that i dealt with before is responsive but he lied to me about the insurance price. How did i know? When i checked the price from insurance cover letter, i noticed the price i paid to him ( including tukar nama apa tahik semua) is more than what he quoted me. Overall i satisfied with the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empty Promise!! please don't buy car from them!! the sales Person are unrespondbile!! when i ask for test drive he ask me to paid Deposit, after 2week plus they still saying to me loan on process, we can't wait for so long, some more they Promise us if after 2 week can't get the loan will fully refund the deposit to us, but now they said they can't return the deposit because of we missing the receipt!! but the most important is we doesn't get any receipt from them!! when now i keep asking they directly don't want to reply!! i will make police report to solve this matter!! hope that won't got other people be the same case with me!! especially the salesman called "IVAN" !!! he are the one handle my thing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with most of the reviews here. We bought a car in April 2019 and sales person Alwin Yee was full of "empty" promises as we experienced afterwards. First of all, We were only allowed to test drive after we've agreed on prices and terms. Also they asking RM2500 for documentation and transfer fees! we learned that this is more than actual market price. Secondly, they promised to fix certain parts of the car, this was part of the terms we agreed on. On the day of collection nothing has been done due to workshop no time/ spare parts have not arrived yet, all con men excuses. And after a while they don't even bother to pick up our calls. We gave up after 6 months and fixed the issue's ourselves, pricetage 10k. Original car price was 40k so we ended up spending 25% more on the 2nd hand Mercedes Benz B170 year 2009.
Lastly, The tank was also empty! also a promise they broke! So dear readers of this review, be aware when buying a car from this company. I would strongly suggest you walk away and never look back. Be warned. We found out too late, else we would have never bought a car here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite all the bad reviews, we went to view the car because they have car that I’m looking for. Overall, had same bad experience as others. Bad service. The sales person is rude. Processing fee is high compared to other places in Selangor. Car price its not negotiable at all. Test drive need to pay deposit rm2500, other place do it for free. Overall its bad, shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST company I have ever deal with (and I'm choosing my word carefully).
The guy in charge Elwin is rude, inadequately trained or educated regarding customer services and best practices of the profession.
Before even test driving the car, you have to negotiate the price of the car... obviously, everyone knows already that the test drive is part of the decision making process... everyone except Elwin.
Once you have finish with this useless negotiation (btw, there is no negotiation at all...), you have to pay fees before being able to test drive... obviously, no record at all or even a maintenance booklet...
Facing these "old mafia" style practices, I was expecting a kind of fraud therefore I contacted the Constructor and gave the plate number as well as the serial number... I have not been disappointed. The car has been maintained till 2018 and following a crash has been repaired... but not by the constructor itself (the car had too many damages, so the constructor had refused to proceed for safety reason and to preserve its brand image)
I took some other plate numbers and did the same exercise with the same constructor and 3 other different... same result. (Even 2 cars had been previously recorded on their Singaporean branch).
So don't be fooled by these fraudsters and racketeers. So many other cars around...
