★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I bought a dangling charm 8th May, not even a mth ago. Brought it to this store today because it seems to have a split where the charm is dangling. There's these 2 men working there, everything they say is like pointing that we the customer did something wrong. Not comfortable with this judgy type service. Paid over 300 for the charm, I expect good quality, not even 1 mth in, and you judge me for not taking care of the charm?
