★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite making an advanced reservation, I still had to wait for the tables to get ready. With that said, I felt the service could be more efficiently executed. However, with their service style just like HaiDiLao it makes up for that. Food is reasonably priced, although it isn't as authentic as a Japanese cuisine should be. Still, it ranks one of the more popular Japanese restaurants around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow very very slow. Ordering from panda app . Took almost 2 and half hours for the food. Pity for the rider waiting 2 hours at warakuya only get 1 trip. Suggest to Close the Delivery Tab if your restaurant is full and packed . Dont be greedy and make other ppl experience a bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable Japanese food while I am disturbed by the queuing process of their "so-say" VIP to jump queue and other guest wait over the hour.
The lack of manning is really straining service staff and quite unfair for them be shouted by demanding diners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to dine for families, dates or friends gatherings. Good food and good services. The operator really spend effort on both the menu and the ambience. Renovation inside is quite comfortable while on the outside, the decorations are quite interesting as well. Also, they do have VIP rooms as well. Recommend to make advance reservation before coming as it can get very crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite difficult to recommend this place even though by comparison to other Japanese restaurants out there, they are considered quite affordable. I would consider their prices to be quite fair in most cases. but the place is starting to show its age. The place feels quite worn out and there were boxes and equipment lying around the restaurant in plain sight, which affected the experience a little.
The food is so-so for local standard, although the sashimi that day wasn't superb (except for the salmon which was quite fresh).
From what we can observed, they were severely under-staffed and can be seen just rushing around trying to attend to every table. I cannot imagine if it was a full-house that night. Most of the staff were friendly except for a few but I guess they have had a really busy day rushing so can't really blame them for being a little inattentive some times. So do adjust your expectations if you are there during peak-hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they have birthday voucher and other voucher so that you would go back to them.. which is VERY SMART.. good food, nice place and also the price is not that expensive.. compared to other places.. there portion is quite big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow, unfriendly service, wasn't even greeted and went to find my own seat. Had to wait for a long time for the food and it wasn't even hot. The obligation thing that was warm was the miso soup and the teriyaki chicken that I got, which was the only thing that wasnt that bad. The tamagoyaki is fine but it's too milky for my taste. Couldn't finish it. The interior wasn't very welcoming when you see stuff that wasn't even put away nicely and looks like a storage area. Didn't even know it was the entrance until I walked in.

Food is fantastic...?
Sashimi is super fresh and super tasty..
The food choices here... Toooooo Many.... You can't try all at 1 go unless you have a huge Huge appetite...
Non of the food is average... It's way above The standard...
It's a mUST Try For Yourselves...??
If possible I'll go weekly for a meal.... ?
