اخترت مجموعة من الساعات وسألتهم إن كان هناك منها جديدة في المخزن غير المعروضة، وقالوا أن لديهم جديدة، ولما جاء وقت الحساب بدأ الموظف يلح علي بالدفع قبل أن تصل الساعات من المخزن وبعدما دفعت أخبرني أنه لا توجد جديدة منها، وأراد أن يعطيني الساعة المعروضة، طالبت بإرجاع المبلغ ورفض، وبعد جدال طويل تكلم مع المدير وأرجع لي المبلغ، ولم يعتذر الموظف مطلقا، بل أبدى انزعاجه وضجره وخرج من مكانه، على الرغم أنه هو المخطئ وإرجاع المبلغ حق أصيل من حقوقي لأنه كذب علي.
لا أنصح بهم أبدا، يحتاجون لدورات في التعامل مع الزبائن.
 Very bad service!!
I chose a group of watches and asked them if there were new ones in the store that were not displayed, and they said that they had new ones, and when the time for the calculation came, the employee started urging me to pay before the hours arrived from the store, and after I paid, he told me that there were no new ones, and he wanted to give me the offered watch. I demanded the return of the amount and he refused, and after a long argument, he spoke with the manager and he returned the amount to me. The employee never apologized, but expressed his annoyance and boredom and went out of his place, although he was at fault and returning the amount is an authentic right of my rights because he lied to me.
I would not recommend them at all, they need courses in dealing with customers.
