★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is at Publika ...parking is bad due to too many car even on sat n sun....the shop is big n spacious with so many brands of nice watches...decor is like very dated in the 70's...with wooden chairs n cabinet...but the staff is a bit arrogant...tis shop cant bargain..they even tell u if no money...dont buy..so bad????☹☹☹☹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. They lost two sales for Rolex as they refused to let us try on or examine the models we were seeking. Cannot recommend anyone on the Rolex forums to shop here. Overpriced and now i wonder if they are trying to sell fake products. I simply refuse to let any of my friends give this shop any trade. The owner was indignant and appeared to be a racist. Plenty of other place to shop across Kuala Lumpur which value their potential customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent pieces with a decent owner but one of his staff (especially the one who goes by the name Nas) is untrustworthy and lazy.
Will give you alot of (same) stories when you inquire about a piece; that they forgot to update the price & cannot give a good discount despite their pieces lingering around for lengthy time.
Also sold me a piece that was polished (but claimed unpolished) & he did not screw the links well (which nearly came apart but luckily I was able to spot and tighten the screws myself).
If possible, try dealing with the elderly owner or the Chinese salesperson, who is straightforward and gives a better purchase experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been an avid watch collector for sometime now and have dealt and bought from a few resellers. But this is one place to AVOID! DO NOT ENQUIRE OR ASK IN ADVANCE ABOUT A PIECE THAT U LIKE! Why? Because after asking, they know of your interest in that piece and jack up the price upon your arrival! When asked the bosses, the simple answer was.... Ohhh it went up in price. I'm glad they did that even though it wasted my trip and time, not to mention the time looking for a parking spot because before buying already like this, wat will happen after buying? Guaranteed of a negative attitude for after sales service. This happened roughly 3 mths ago, and the watch i asked about, is stil there today in their website!! Hahaha.. Serve them right and padan muka! No business ethics at all! Wonder if google can offer a ZERO star review instead of 1 star....
