★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened branch. Went there on 29 November, and the staff mentioned about slow connection if we pay using card and e-wallet. Should fix this issue as soon as possible as there is no ATM in the building if we need to pay by cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier staff was too engrossed with something while i was ignored while waiting for service visibly in front of them. Not even a simple gesture to request me to wait for a while, nor did they bothered to say sorry when I told them it’s not nice to ignore your customers. Customer service is missing completely.
