★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store manager and staffs need to be retrain, they cannot think logically and do not know how to serve customer when things go wrong. I ordered for delivery at foodpanda, they delivered short of one item. To my surprise, they did not respond to rectify the problem by resend the short item immediately but push the responsibility to foodpanda. Whereas instead of arrange for refund for the amount paid for the short item, foodpanda offered to compensate at RM4 voucher. So ridiculous! Doesn't make sense at all with this kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was rude, especially Saraa and Syarif. One is senior customer service and another is assistant supervisor which should be more professional in serving customer but they aren't . The way that they serve the customer is very rude and dun care about the customer. Never look at the customer while serving them and put the items on the table heavily. Overall, bad experience
