โ โ โ โ โ Thursday, 5th May 2022, there was one really snobbish salesperson out of 2-3 staffs there, literally snatched out a product from my momโs hand no social distancing whatsoever and talked down on us in such a degrading manner. ive been to other high-end stores and ive never been treated like this. please train ur employees to have manners. dont employ rude people with little to no knowledge about customer service, i wont be coming back to this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ A friend of mine came here to pick up some foundation and bronzer. Sharmila was our sales representative - she was super knowledgeable and helpful. She answered questions on the phone before we came, she had good recommendations to offer, and all sorts of testers to show. She even helped to calculate the best deal based on the Parkson vouchers that were being offered at the time. Then she helped to pick the vouchers up too! Highly recommended and over and above service!!
