★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This evening on 4th July 2019 around 18:25pm i went into this Watsons as i reached at the counter to pay, the cashier asked me to change to a new card. I told her i would renew the card next time bcs i didn't see any need to change it urgent and i didn't bring enough money as well. The cashier again urged me to upgrade the card. I was really annoyed. I hope management of this store can monitor their staff to not 'push' if customer says no. Btw, the price show on the shelf are not same with the scan price. The price shown is RM17 smthg. After scan it becomes RM19.48. In fact more expansive. I've asked the cashier how come the price isn't same? and she simply said they are now in process of rombak2 harga. I told them they should take the price out. Showing a misleading price is a mistake. But they replied me like wanna 'teach me'. You should consider it's your team mistake. Apologise first before you simply said you rombak2 harga. So disappointed.
