β β β β β Queue lane should improve, too many customer but only have two counters and cashier do not inform the customer who queing might wait long shall go to the next counter, two queue lane should make it one lane if there are some other customer need some service advise, cashier do not judge which customer come first and simply serve person who in front of the counter.
