★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience. We made booking in advance for 10 pm for 2 pax. Arrived early before appointment time. Paid for 1.5 hours as the reception said she will be off work soon. Waited sometime & was told left only one masseur as they allowed the current customers to extend the hour, and we have to move to usj branch instead (not guaranteed there is a slot). We disagreed & she offered either refund (go back) or we have to wait till the 1130 (after the current customer finished the extended hours). Asked someone to contact us from management side, let’s see how they manage this “service” oriented business

Wanted to renew my membership today, they said need to top up at least RM600. Feel like it's endless. If by massage I'd give four stars, but the way they force to commit, I'd give two stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best massage therapist award goes to... ANNE-no:15!Call for appoinment and make sure u'll ask for her. No regrets, trust me.
Seriously guys, u should give this place a visit, it's new, beautifully decorated, smells nice 24/7 & it has nice waiting lounge. If you wanna save a little $$, go there during happy 10am-2pm weekdays.
