★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other review will tell all about this guests house. What makes this place 'special' are the host. A young couple with their 02 months old daughter and an elderly father. Their warmth, sincerity, guineness adds up all. Will definately come back again and that time the cute baby girl will 'lighten up' more and make this place 'even special'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool little place in the middle of town. Walking distance to all the tourist spot. Parking can be a problem but that’s expected. Park at the closest public parking area. There’s charges of RM6 per entry and an additional RM6 for overnight! Bed is comfy. Nice stay experience overall .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here as couple, room was spacious, comfy bed, this room has a balcony overlooking the river, There's free flow of coffee that you can get at the lobby, was really great to just chill by the balcony with a cup of coffee. But will tell u this tho, during weekend you can really hear the loud noise coming from the cafe/bars around there up till 3-4am, if you're a deep sleeper like my husband might not be a problem ? But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, and will be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best memorable hotel. We love the room number 6 ambiance. The river view from the room is very calming. Room was very well maintained. Will re-book again if ever we plan to go Malacca for vacation. The owner also very friendly & informative. Rate : 10/10. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, well run hotel - twin rooms are good size, good rain shower, clean, well maintained. Beside the Melaka River & close to Jonker St with many restaurants to chose from. Highly recommended. (NB: My 3-stars is the best rating for small botique hotels.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boutique Guesthouse with many historical antiques. Very recommended for tourists to stay in. There's only one room with the river view. The sound resistance is averagely good. The bathroom is spacious.
However, some rooms need to climb up very slunted stairs to get to bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had room 9 on the 2nd floor facing the small courtyard, which makes it very very quite.
The room is very clean, spacious with bit far water heater, and very comfortable queen size mattress.
The family running the place is very friendly, and they very young daughter will show how to open the door even after 10pm.
Frankly, I am not sure I would want the room with river view cause right next door is pub with laud music, which I think goes on till at least 12am.
