Staff were courteous. Eric, one of the pharmacist working there, was super friendly and helpful is explaining and recommending different OTC medications

β β β β β I called and Whatsapp many different pharmacies to urgently find KMN04 solution for my infected eczema and most of them take time to reply or not pickup/reply at all. The pharmacist who picked up the phone attended my enquiry as soon as I notified her about my whatsapp enquiry. She was very helpful, polite and when they don't have what I look for, she also suggested where I can buy it online. Then I asked for a different product and she guided me how to find that product on their Grab page. Very nice service. Recommended.
