★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living this place since 2019 .So I didn't found any big problem. It's an old apartment with a swimming pool and a mini sport court but here don't have gym. This place is quite reasonable to live. Rent here quite cheap. Within RM1000 can get a apartment .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old condominium complex. 1 parking per unit, only 5 visitor parking for 240+ resident. Not much amenities (gym, sauna, self-service laundry, sport courts). Decent living experience. Clean and well maintained. Have community swimming pool.
