โ โ โ โ โ We were not expecting anything so weโre quite surprised and satisfied with the hotel. Small hotel lobby. Nice staffs. Cool lift and room. Near to everywhere in Bukit Bintang. Worth the price!

โ โ โ โ โ I stayed here during Christmas 2021. They mentioned in the package that i purchased, it includes free valet parking service. But ended up, the jockey asking for RM50 from me. Their jockey service is lousy, he shouted at us and slammed my car door. The next day after i check out and went home i notice thereโs minor scratches on my car. Not just that, one or two weeks after the Christmas I received a summon letter saying i park illegally somewhere nearby Jalan Sultan Ismail, immediately i noticed that the jockey just cincai parked my car at roadside. I called up the hotel and they told me they would pay for the summon. I kept follow up with them every 2 weeks and last time they told me they have settled it (i did ask for receipt and proves that they have paid the summon but they saying someone else is holding the summon receipt) . After few weeks i checked my summon again, I noticed they didnt pay for it. What for if i pay for valet service but at the end i get scratches and summon? Itโs really a nightmare staying here. This is just about the parking i have more stories about their customer service and room quality. Iโll share it in different platform to let people aware the ugliness of this hotel.

+ Strategic place at Bukit Bintang,
+ Clean rooms, modern look
- Could have informed earlier on scheduled blackout, but rather, chose to slip in a written notice under the door 2 minutes after i entered room
- Confusion among staff on how to handle valet parking ticket. Valet insists that my ticket was free for one day valet parking only and that I need to pay for the second day, while customer service said there was no need to renew valet parking ticket. Valet wanted me to sort out with reception rather than handling the query on behalf.
- Receptionist was not able to identify bookings for 2 nights, until I need to provide further evidence.

โ โ โ โ โ Room was very satisfactory. What i love was the coffee machine and the coffee capsule they provided. Very high quality and excellent taste. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended place to stay.

โ โ โ โ โ Five star experience of Boutique hotel. Excellent room, located at the central of Bukit Bintang, great service. We ordered a room with 2 King bed for 4 person stay. Enjoy every seconds. Downside is there is no hotel parking, there is a valet parking service which require some fees on the high side.

Place is convenient in the heart of this bustling and busy district.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
5 star experience, however gave this 4 star as we were forced to either delay our schedules or choose to get slightly drenched in the rain, as there is an apparent lack of shelter to get to the underpass or nearby buildings.

โ โ โ โ โ The aesthetics of this hotel is beautiful, uniquely different from hotels you can find in the area. Rooms, although compact, still feel spacious and roomy, and everything is superb. Love the shower room! You can't beat the location either, everything is at your doorstep, be it malls, eateries or transportation. 10/10 will stay again, definitely recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ It is a modern good looking hotel, the room looks great with an art piece inside but there is an improvement to be made. Firstly the room needs a small table and chair, even the smallest room hotel I've been to has those.
Secondly, a place to hang a towel inside the bathroom, placing it outside is kinda strange. It is a good room for those backpackers as there is no parking area.
The best thing here is that the hotel is near so many places where you can eat.
