โ โ โ โ โ Very very good customer service! Left my watch in their spa treatment room a day ago and they re so helpful in assisting me. Special thanks for the help of the spa manager and duty manager Fawaaz despite its on public holiday and they re so hectic.

โ โ โ โ โ Location is good, next to Pavilion and at the heart of Bukit Bintang. The tap water in the room was yellowish and before I checked out, I asked why water was yellowish and the reason gave was public pipe burst. More 3-4 star than 5 star. Beds was comfortable.

โ โ โ โ โ Executive Lounge was fantastic eventhough breakfast pastries/danish could be better or freshly made on-site. Hot dishes are not doing justice to the overall concept of EL. Overall it was still good.
Bathroom was very clean. I couldn't remember whether there was piped music playing or not..
Well done Grand Millenium..

โ โ โ โ โ Strategically located in the heart of the shopping area in Bukit Bintang, plenty of food available within a stone throw away. Great for night life as well. The rooms we have were very comfortable and they have adjoining options as well. Staff and services were fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for holiday makers and shoppers.

โ โ โ โ โ My favorite hotel in KL, the room is great... The hotel staff are helpful. It's just in the central of the city. All the shopping center are within walking distance.
The Jalan Alor just 10min walk, you can find all the good food in that area...

โ โ โ โ โ The CLUB room at this property was specifically chosen for a family vacation.
- Arriving early, deposited bags at concierge. Nobody pointed out that check in could be done at club lounge
- To check in, were asked to go through a useless and tedious online registration, still had to line up to check in thereafter
- Elevator not working
- We sent numerous emails pointing out that we had kids along. Were told kids are not allowed in lounge when we tried to get into the club lounge. Point that out upon check out
- Food was all gone by the time the adults went to club lounge
- No alcohol on display. Wasn't able to have some wine. What's the point of a club room?
- Booked for 2 adults, 2 kids. Room was prepared for 2 persons only, had to ask for the additional towels etc
- Getting breakfast complicated as one has to sign receipts etc. Totally unnessecary
- Late check out at RM 80 per hour!!!!!!!!!
- Can't validate parking ticket in club lounge
- Only one counter open for check out, took over 30 minutes to just validate parking ticket
Nice pool though.
Not recommending this unless they get some staff in and have their procedures looked at.

โ โ โ โ โ Really disappointing buffet dinner at Mill Cafe. Selection is so small just a short line, that would make you go..is that it? Seafood pathetic, no proper western no Japanese. No cold drinks available, only water and tea/coffee (like how much does cordial or canned drinks even cost?). Per person is rm160 crazy expensive. Ridiculous pricing. Totally not worth it. Hands down WORST buffet we have ever had. Presentation is poor, the food displayed doesn't look hygienic, nothing tasted good, looked cheap and sorry to say low class, not compatible to the 5 star nature of the hotel. The only plus side is that the restaurant is almost empty (no guesses why) so relatively covid safe and service is ok. Please stop exploiting diners with substandard buffet quality. Horrible experience, regretted so much choosing this place to have a special dinner. So I hope others will read this and be warned.

โ โ โ โ โ Great hotel. Perfect location. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms and hotel are clean and housekeeping does a great job everyday. The executive club is outstanding with highly trained staff, second to none views and delicious food and drink. Large pool area as well. A must visit.
