Accessible from Fahrenheit 88 Mall. Elevators going to the rooms need access cards. Guards are monitoring them also. Various ways to get in and out of the building. Helpful staff and guards. With swimming pool and laundrette. There is also a coin operated laundromat about 5 minutes away from the hotel. Likewise there are 24-hour convenience store located nearby. We walked to KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers via subway and covered bridges without setting foot on the street.

Bad experiences. Hotel located above Fahrenheit shopping mall. Car park available for guest with normal rate. We got spacious room. Good impression. But after you sit on the bed, you will miss your own bed at home. Bed hard as a rock (almost). Please don't jump onto bed if you're staying here. The room looks old but it's ok for me as long as it's clean and comfortable. Everything else just fine except tv only have few channels available, no wifi and you can see mold in lamps..yuckk. There is swimming pool available if you want to swim. There's also a gym just beside the pool. BAD EXPERIENCE! Just before checkout we realised that my wife items (makeup set & accessories) placed on desk was missing after cleaner entered the room. Management responded to us but was really dissappointed. They didn't care less about the issue. This is THIEVING act from hotel staff and this is not a small issue. Our belongings should be safe in the room and hotel staff should do their job with HONESTY! There's many reviews about this hotel. You can compare and read all of them to get full view of situations you will get later. Not recommended.

No recommended to anyone who wanted a comfortable hotel experience. Everything in this Hotel look like the 70's high tech, the bed is harder than the Rock, the toilet bowl got stuck and there's a crack at the ceiling. Get a RM100-200 hotel per night don't waste your money on this uncomfortable and expensive hotel.

Don't let the name fool you, the apartment looks older and more run down than aunt Edna's house in the outback. No WiFi, sheets with questionable stains, toilets that don't flush properly, and showers where you have to hold the shower head yourself instead of having the most basic of a wall bracket, and only one power outlet in the whole bedroom; one shared bathroom in the whole apartment meant for 4 adults, can't imagine the logistics if everyone's got the runs from having bad food. Wouldn't even stay if it's free to be honest, I've stayed in backpackers' hostels that are way better

Great accommodation if you are looking to experience that โ€˜haunted hotelโ€™ vibe often seen in movies. The corridor looked like it was taken right out of a horror film with white florescent lights and the room even came with friendly cockroaches when we stayed there - highly memorable!

Only some furnitures are worn out, otherwise good.

Nice city view from the 37th floor. Just don't like the see-through glass toilet at the master bedroom

Had a makeover, albeit little, since the last time I visited (about 7 years ago). Gone are the Thai movie esque dirty white hall ways. If you're sensitive (spiritually), you'll feel something is amiss, according to several friends. I enjoy the bed as it's stiff. Some might not like it. Sheets are clean and overall room is minimalist. Lack of power sockets is a negative. We had to charge our phones far from the bed. Toilet is dark and there was a small carved out spot by the shower. As curious as I was to have the urge to open it, I've watched enough horror to know nothing good will come out of it. Overall, it's an OK place to sleep if you're looking to travel out most of the day and return for rest.
