β β β β β Young technician team service not bad. But service advisor are money minded. Included unnecessary stuffs like engine cleaning prone to make the bill expensive.

β β β β β The direction to go to this 4S Proton authorized center located at heavy traffic direction, in Bukit Serdang industrial area. Pretty nice friendly service by staff. Only have 4 service bays at the workshop. Quite close, small customer's waiting area.

β β β β β Worst service center ever. The technician has no experience at all. Cannot provide solution, just wasting time checking the same thing again and again. The customer service over promised, at the end the issue is not fix. Request for warranty, does not provide solid confirmation. Don't even worth a star. Terrible experience, will not go to this center again.
