★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst ever policy.. order at 31/7/2021 still now 12/9/2021 didn't receive my item. call 4 times but they unable to update what is going to my order. can't cancel order, can't view tracking just need to wait & I don't know how long have to wait more.. Custemor Servive never update me nor call me to update the status.. (no star to rate but since it's compulsory to post)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although starting there is no order confirmation but payment made, the order appear after 24 hours and wow shop called me to follow up.
I satisfied with the response and they responsible to follow up my case
Thanks, will wait for the item delivery date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from wowshop and customer service.Purchased item on 28/2 and till today 15march (more than 2weeks) dont receive the item.Regardless numerous call and email followup.They dont even help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an item on 3rd September. Checked status, 'Ready to ship' but no data found. Emailed the courier, no reply. Emailed Customer Service on 12th Sept, they said they'd expedite and contact vendor (which already past 3-5 delivery day). Checked back on status 14th Sept, 'Pickup Failed' because 'Unprepared Packaging'. Emailed them again, asking what's the update when this happens, but didn't want to wait so I called as well. They said to wait till end of the week, but also got email reply saying vendor cannot fulfil my order hence they will issue a refund. I emailed them again for my refund on 10th Oct, they said it'll take 28days for the refund, and today is 9th Nov, no refund, nothing. So I have to email them again.
A whole lot of emailing/calling for 1 item over 2 months and STILL NOT RESOLVED. A HASSLE AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy from wowshop! Ordered an item on 17/5 and still no news after one month! Follow up with customer service about this matter for several times and they just replied will get back to you soon, tsk tsk might be next month or next year? well done wow shop ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hai, i puchased 2 car cam on 27/2/2022, n i received the items on 28/2/2022, but unforturnately u all give wron free gifts which the gifts should be car vakum but i received recycled bags.
i called n yr people got call me said want to take back the wrong gifts first then only replace the correct ones. This also I have to call so many times, n until today I not yet receive my correct free gifts.
How is the proceed now, n yr all only ask me to wait but how long I have to wait. Pls let me know ASAP if not I will complaint to the Jabatan Pengguna

Don't buy from this shop.
Ordered on 7 Dec 2021, whole month delivery status still in warehouse, in the middle call 2 times follow up, no help.
End up Jan 2022 I request cancel order and refund.
Until now March 2022, 2 months ++ I still not any refund yet ???????. In the middle of these 2 months I got call 3 times customer service,
1st said will call back me asap once get updates, then nothing,
2nd times call they said procedure change, finance will call me in 2 days, 4 days passed still no call
3rd time call still cannot do anything just update case follow up!!!!
Update case update case, very low efficient.
Very Very bad purchase experience, very bad customer service.
