★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality of LED screen at Taman Megah (after Paradigm Mall heading SS2) more than a week from 10th May till 17th May 19, don't have any staff aware about issue. The staff always provide unprofessional and unacceptable reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pretty bad service. called Big Tree to enquire about the plans and prices, spoke to the admin (she was nice and friendly) and she passed the call to the sales rep but no one answered after over a minute of ringing. I called several times too after that and it was just ringing and no one answered. plus I called in at 4pm which was during working hours, what kind of service is this?
