★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit 05/04/2022: Bought a fuel pump on the 19/02/2022. I've installed my fuel pump on the 26/02/2022 and had broken down on 24/03/2022 due to a defective fuel pump. It is proving very difficult for them to settle this issue as "they have never experience this before". I am left without a car and cannot get my car repaired because they will not provide me with a new fuel pump as they need to check with the supplier if can claim even though they already mentioned before I bought it that if any problems just bring back the receipt and I can get it replaced. Fuel pump has already been at the shop for almost 2 weeks and "the suppliers are still checking it".
It's been almost 3 weeks without a car, can you please consider if someone had to commute to and back from work that lived far from the workplace is now unable to go to work. The shop should of taken the fuel pump back and replaced it on the day, the defective fuel pump should of been dealt directly with supplier without having to affect the customer until like this. If want to check, please don't make customer wait so long.
Please reconsider maybe if wanting to buy from them. I am still waiting for a response, will update here. If still nothing will just file a dispute with my bank. I will also update this review with images once the outcome is settled.
I hope they actually learn from this experience, and improve otherwise it may not be worth coming if you encounter another issue with their product.
Edit 2 12/04/2022: I have been refunded my money after receiving a faulty replacement fuel pump but the process was horrendous. Please refer to their Facebook review. Staff here very condescending, which can be seen from their Facebook replies to my review. Image attached on Facebook review, can and will provide more screenshots if necessary.

TLDR: Avoid dealing with them if possible.
