★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a Fave voucher to get a haircut and perm at this Salon. Quite unhappy with the entire experience. I told her what length i wanted but she insisted that it wouldn't look nice with the curls so I let her cut it to the length she suggested but not once did she ask me if the cut was okay. Then after the perm she styled it and asked if it was okay. Overall service was alright, she didn't talk to me for most of it and offered no advice on keeping the curls. After I washed my hair at home I tried styling it but my hair had no curls. Went back to complain and she drenched my hair in mousse and blow dried it. All the while she sounded upset that I couldn't get the curls even after I told her twice that this was my first time getting a perm and I didn't know what to do. Anyway I left the salon and bought mousse as she instructed though the curls she styled didnt look as nice as the other day. After I washed and put the mousse and styled it like she told me to, still no curls. Overall bad experience and would not go back.

It was countless time that she knocked my head with the hair dryer and hair straightener, my ears might have scratches now over the rough hair wash which I rather not to have. Put on a hair treatment cream and left me on the saloon waterbed for nearly half an hour before they rinse my hair, never did I experience this in any other saloon ever. Hard sell on their product when I specifically preferred their fave deals only. Push me to upgrade the materials they used on me and offered shampoo, hair serum and many more. End result is fine, but I've had better. After failing in selling their products to me, they ended up charged me 2% because I paid via my credit card. Definitely reporting this. Never going back to this saloon. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there only for a haircut, the women suggested i get a rebonding but i refused because my hair is very short and i dont like my hair too straight (i have natural mild curly hair) anyway, she kept telling me to get a rebonding the whole time and i refused so many times but she forced me to the point where i couldn't say no. I had to agree because she wont shut up and it seems like i cant stop her from forcing me. She even tried to make my hair sideway which is not what i wanted, never once in the whole process i said i wanted my hair sideway, refusing to listen and do as what i desired for my hair. Now my hair looks super weird. The lady is nice, she make conversations with me but she was too pushy, forcing customer even after too many refusal. I believe the haircut would have look nice if it wasnt for the forced rebonding. Disappointed.
