โ โ โ โ โ I have my company lunch over there this afternoon. The food is good but the service of the staff (Not sure is the captain of the restaurant but she is the cashier, look like an middle age woman) is terrible!!!
When I was queuing up to make the payment, the lady in front me is about to pay the bill with E-Wallet and seem like having the problem with it. The cashier just pointed the manual and ask the lady to read herself.
While my turn, she THREW the receipt on the desk and asked me to pay accordingly. I mean she really THREW OUT the receipt. I paid with cash and again she gave back the change like the way she did with the receipt.
What kind of the service was that? I do not ask for a smile, but at least you give back the change in proper or polite way. We not beg for the food, we pay for it. Disgusting attitude.

โ โ โ โ โ Need to improve training of service staff.. Holding Chinese tea cups by the rim of the cup is not acceptable! Food is average at best. Dine here only if you like Hakka fare...

?Very Delicious DIM SUM โค, very reasonable price, good service, full house crowned inside, โโโโโ think this is the BEST Dim Sum we ever had in Malaysia, will be back again tomorrow.

โ โ โ โ โ Ying ker Lou is not your average foodie restaurant. The price is quite premium, the food is average and some of it tasty too.
Their signature soup pan mee is pretty good. And the best time to taste it will be on weekday, lunch time. Why? They do provide lunch set here!
And their pan mee for lunch set will be around rm13.10. Thanks for the gst go away!
This price come with free drink, range from herbal tea, milk tea, lemon tea, and a desert for you too.
Their Nan ru pork is very yummy too, and its inside their lunch set too! Yeah!
So now you know when is the right time to eat there with reasonable price.

โ โ โ โ โ Delicious Hakka food with good service. The bitter gourd with salted egg, sweet & sour pork, braised pork belly with preserved mustard vege and braised beancurd with preserved radish & minced pork were all so good!! Though we found the lei cha not strong enough. Will come back to this outlet soon for the other dishes.
