YOU SURELY WILL REGRET BY CHOOSING YLS MOTORS ENTERPRISE!!! The after sales service is Super BAD! I got my car on Friday evening and found out on Saturday morning that the car roof has sagged down due to minor accident by earlier car owner when reversed car and knocked the antenna. As this might affect the entire car roof to deteriorate in long term and it need to be repaired urgently, so I called up the salesman. You can’t believe the answer if you didn’t hear it by yourself. Before this, I have repeated reminded the salesman to do a thorough check on every detail and make sure the car is in good condition when hand over to me, and of course, I got the 100% assurance. But now, the unexpected answers came to me when real problem happened. Listen well. “It could be caused by the car washing man. We didn’t notice it when we wash car yesterday.” “The chances of we rectify the problem is very low. But you can send it back for our mechanics to check. Probably you will have to leave it here for a week or two, then only we will see whether we will do something to rectify it.” ………………. %$#@${appText}* *%$#@${appText}** My happiness for getting a “new” car has not last for 24hours and it turned into nightmare. Not to mention about the bad wiper and the destroyed charge point plastic cover at the back when I drove the car home during the raining day. Since this is a major issue to me, so I tried to get the handphone number of the boss or manager from salesman to resolve the issue since he can’t do the decision. But, unexpectedly, I was rejected straight away by the salesman. Still, I didn’t give up and made my best efforts to call 4-5 times to the office and finally a gal picked up the phone. What a coincidence, she consistently refused to give me the contact of the Manager after long chat. Somehow, finally, she agreed for me to leave a message to the “super mysterious” manager to return my call. As predicted, my phone remained silence after wasting few hours of waiting. But, I still didn’t give up and called back to YLS office at the time being told that the manager should be around. The phone rang for 5 times and nobody picked up this round! What kind of business ethics that YLS MOTORS ENTERPRISE are holding? I don’t know, probably none ethical at all. ONLY $$$$ in their eyes! Don’t worry, YLS MOTORS. I will dig out RM800 from my own pocket as lesson learnt for putting TRUST on the WRONG person and WRONG COMPANY. I hope all customers will learn from my very fresh experiences and lastly I would simply repeat again. YOU SURELY WILL REGRET BY CHOOSING YLS MOTORS ENTERPRISE!!! 有人说世间险恶，但行走江湖这么多年，我仍坚定地认为 “信任”是人世间最美好的事物之一。 有人说生命或许贫贱，或许卑微，但我坚信生命的尊贵，不在于你穿的衣服有多华丽，工作收入有多高，是否入住豪宅，驾驶大房车。 “尊重”，是我能赋予每一个生命最大的礼物，让每一个人都能公平喜悦地认同自己。 但，如果你跟我一样对“信任”和“尊重”仍怀抱希望，那么我奉劝你千万不要去光顾YLS MOTORS ENTERPRISE，这一家位于Jalan Kuching的二手车行。 我千交待，万交待销售员必须把所有车子的细节检查清楚才交车给我，他也一口答应。 星期五傍晚我拿车，第二天星期六一早我就去做Coating。 Coating员工洗车后马上发现车顶有凹陷的地方。我爬上凳子一看确实如此，Antenna整支摇摇晃晃，不能定位。 我马上联络销售员，拍了照片和影片给他，也跟他video call。 他问我是否洗车的人造成的，我说不可能，Antenna有个撞过的痕迹，很旧了。应该是前主人退车时不小心撞到，导致车顶稍微凹陷。 他叫我把车子开回车行，在那边可能要放一个星期左右，才知道他老板会不会帮忙维修。 天啊！要放一个星期才知道能不能帮忙维修！！！ 我所有资料都发给你了，如果这个痕迹确定是旧的，你们会维修吗？ 我没有时间跟你慢慢耗。我不想跑来跑去，最后你才来告诉我，你们不会负责任。 我才拿到车子不到二十四小时，你们就这样不负责任！ 他说之前问了经理，得到的回复是：车子出了，我不负责任。 我跟他要了经理电话，他不肯给。 我打了电话去公司讨，女书记也不敢给。 我留了电话让经理回电，完全没有回复。 我根据经理会回公司的时间打了五通电话，全部都没有人接电话。 我很好奇这个经理到底是什么人？ 一家店面庞大的经理，怎么会是一个见不得人的角色？ 签约那天迟到一个小时，我也忍气吞声了。 现在车子有问题，需要售后服务的时候，你还打算躲到地洞里吗？ 接个电话，把态度表明清楚有这么困难吗？您就不能为家人，为孩子（如果有的话），做个好榜样吗？ 盗亦有道，更何况是你们这样开门做生意的人，怎么可以连最基本的生意原则都没有呢！ 拿车子的当天，天空下起雨，我才发现Wiper已经老旧。 开后车厢的时候，我朋友才看到烟头充电的盖，已经被咬烂。。。这一些我都吞进肚子。 但车顶凹陷这么大的事，你们的态度真的是让我傻眼。 做生意，做到这样没有品，我不知道这样急功近利，这么短视的你们，可以坚持到何时何年何日？ 车顶这个八百元，我会自己啃下来，就当我遇人不淑，买一些社会人生经验。 醒醒吧！ 这是我要送给YLS MOTORS ENTERPRISE的三个字！ 还有，永远记得“人在做，天在看”！！！

Was looking at a car and inquired with them when i came by their shop. After a thorough look around the intended car, they never told me that they lied about the mileage on the car as opposed to the listing, it was not 65-70k, it was 120k+. Other than that, they failed to mention that there were cosmetic damages that were not mentioned, unlike the ad saying its "IMMACULATE CONDITION"

Not a trusted place to buy used cars. They wanted RM500 deposit upfront before allowing the car to be sent to the workshop to check the car condition which I paid RM180 for service. The Foreman highlighted a few key issues and this used car wanted to bring the car to Hyundai Service Centre, Ara Damansara to verify the issues. After the issues were confirmed by the Service Centre, I decided not to proceed with the purchase, the salesman dragged for 2 weeks only to refund RM200. I have logged this case to Tribunal Pengguna.
