★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone mentioned in one of the reviews here, the cleaners are extremely picky. They will NOT lift furniture or appliances or decor to clean. They will only clean AROUND these. Their excuse is that that type of cleaning is considered "deep cleaning". Do not ask me in which world moving items and cleaning under them is considered deep cleaning..because these guys clearly think that is the world they work in. There are other cleaning companies out there. I do not need men who come in with their ghost busters vaccum cleaners, only cleaning around the area. I do not want to pay extra for the diva attitude. Maybe that is how they clean their homes, but it wont be enough for me. I told my partner to stop employing these primadonna cleaners. We can do better
Edit: the owners replied to me below with a sad excuse of Cleaning SOP differs from company to company. A cleaner who does not lift a small decorative item to clean UNDER it is a useless, untrained cleaner. To charge almost 300MYR and not do the most BASIC cleaning is utter nonsense. This isnt a professional cleaning company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You Mess I Clean For Real. I have engaged their services for a clean up of my condo unit after the irresponsible tenant moved out without doing a proper cleanup. I was recommended a Move out clean vs Deep Clean service for my unit. These guys are responsive and price are reasonable for the work carried out in new normal times. Efficient and easy going, cleaning briefing was done when we meetup and the service is professional managed. Hassle free, ie no need to bring in your own cleaning tools, ladder etc. All cleaning process and procedures were explained clearly before engagement of service, a rate card is provided as well. Don't need to be around to supervise unlike the usual maid cleaning service. Very pleased with the overal service experience provided and timing arrangements. Will share contact and call again for future clean up if any. Thank you and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should change their name to You Pay More, We Do Less. These guys are easily 40-50% more expensive than other cleaning companies but yet they don't clean your fan or fixtures, or even bother to move your 1kg furniture to sweep or clean the floor. What's more they don't even have an agreed amount of time of service. The cleaners tick the boxes and do things as quickly as possible and leave. Cleaning your fridge is an additional RM25, you want them to load your laundry? That's an extra RM40. They even tell me they are different from other cleaning companies as they are a professional cleaning service. Are you saying other cleaning companies are not professional? There are more cost-effective providers out there, you can avoid this one.

Engaged You Mess I Clean for Deep Clean before CNY and they did an amazing job that our house is even cleaner than when we have our helper. My son is impressed with them when found out that they even clean our switches. Anthony, the business owner, is friendly and very professional.
