β β β β β Phenomenal architecture. Beautiful landscape. Well balanced of nature and modern building design in the vicinity of Ara Damansara. A noticeable building every passer by would stare longer to enjoy its unique structure.

Management : 10/10
Security : 10/10
Amenities : 9/10
Parking : 9/10 ( Big Condo's has two dedicated parking plus guests parking, parking seems bit complex for newcomers)
Reachability to Day to Day amenities : 8/10 (LRT is bit far, no Kindergarten Inside)
Traffic : 9/10 you ll nearly get any as it is connected with main Road
Quietness : 7/10
Schooling : 8/10 For Small Kids, There are good KinderGarten n PreSchools with 1.4 Km .. near Oasis Condo's..
Recommend for expats who wants to have an exclusive experience of living

β β β β β They have the most unprofessional & impolite security guards, supposing to view to purchase a unit, but thanks to their rude security guards who made me waited under hot sun & spoken rudely to me, this will never be my choice!

β β β β β Bad experience with the MO, not sure itβs manager or what. Moving in my lorry height was over the height measurement I was not aware went to the security guard hse they inform that management do not allow the lorry to enter. After not long a men came over he was rude to my mum not to mention instead of asking her nicely he was rude her, and he told her off why didnβt we ask about this, who in earth would ever dream lorry canβt enter into the loading bay I donβt understand whats the purpose of the loading bay when lorries or any vehicle height has to be less than 2.1M ? My advice to those who plan future to move in her consult with the management regarding your mover lorry able to enter the loading lobby to your tower entrance.
