★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for my cat’s lioncut. After leaving him for awhile, the staff called me to ask for help because he didnt stay still and scared. They said if we were there he might not move a lot so they won’t accidentally cut him while shaving. Staff was patient enough to struggle through his shenanigans and took care of him nicely ?

The third time, I was able to come but their session was full so they gave my 2 cats a free overnight stay in the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable, she answer every of my question with a smile. Great spa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They forgot to help my cat grooming, when I reached they say forgot and wash now (the cage is put together with other cage), that time they going to close shop… done within less than 20min… the fur is still half dry only, after I go home check the leg is no paw trim, whatapp to them but no replied, this is the 1st time I went and also the last time…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my cat for grooming and they called me back because they couldn’t handle my cat because they said its too big and fierce. They even asked me to come back and hold my cat. I paid for it and I think they should able to handle the problem. If I can do it myself I won’t pay it for help.
