★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items out frm their warehouse in malaysia on 21/8, today 26/8 still hasnt recieved the item, called they said within "few" more days.. Woww, other couriers just took 1-2 days for delivery. Its malaysian company but the staffs there COULDN'T SPEAK MALAY??? PLSSSS shopeee next time dont used Yunda Express.. Plsssss

Your company courier service really unprofessional & terrible.
I had sent out my courier package through your Puchong IOI Boulevard branch on 19/11/2018 to Japan.
But, until today I still haven't rec'd the consignment note no even I had followed up with it so many times.
And now, it still yet to rec'd it. Kindly take immediate action revert my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It already two weeks my parcel did not arrive to my customer. I did not understand why shopee must use them to be part of their courier. It tooo bad service. The parcel keep in their warehouse since 6 september till now the parcel does not arrive yet. The system tracking on shopee does not up to date. Please shopee dont use their service anymore. I am so damn stress..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your delivery service is really worse compared to other companies. My item supposedly to arrive by last week but it is not here yet. Actually I also didnt prefer your service but Shopee shipped my item through your company and I am frustrated with this kind of service. Some more, I can't track specifically where my item is. I have to track through Shopee which won't be updated on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had it with this company!! Tried their shipping service for 2 times. Both also disappointed to the max!!
First round, everything ready for delivery but delay the arrangement. Need to make a fuss everyday for a few days only they arrange for outsourced courier to make next day delivery.
Second round , still many excuses!! Ordered stock since 27 of July, still haven’t receive as of 17 September!!!
Many many reason for not delivering, say need 3-5 working days to unload package from container but actually took 9 working days. Then after 9 working days, no update, we have to keep chasing. Then after chasing, they say will deliver by the week of 18 September 2020. Checked with them on 17 September to find out that they have issue delivering and will not deliver by the week of 18 September!!!
PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOUR CUSTOMER! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISE ON TIME AND ALSO TO UPDATE ANY DELAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. As others has mentioned, never picks up the phone, lies about delivering, lies about me signing, never updates, and just horrible overall. My package is worth over 200rm is now lost in who knows where. Ordered from Taobao which is usually ok, but this time this horrible company has also stained Taobao's name. I will think twice from buying from them.
