β β β β β I stay there and it is the best location with a big police station nearby. A great sports complex nearby and two famous malls nearby as well. It has all the great stuff you need near your house.

β β β β β Apartment building comprising two towers. Three different designs of units with different square foot size. Common joined parking levels at the lower floors. Just off Jalan Klang Lama and turns off immediately before the bus stop and just after the hardware shop. Just behind lies the Klang River and the New Pantai Expressway and Gasing Hills beyond that.

β β β β β A beautiful place surrounded by lots of trees. Very quiet and perfect place for living. Standard security protocol and huge parking place. Restaurants and other facilities nearby as well.

β β β β β I was once the happiest to leave here...but a 10cents advice...I faced the horror when i called the owner saying im gonna vacant the apartment...and here it started...1st he said i hv to gv 2months notice...thn he asked if i paid INDAH WATERS...but I as an educated lady ...was to humble that we both parties nvr do house agreement...the day cm to vacate he said he will charge me for 1month as i gv him 1month notice...still i told him its nt fair n so he said he will charge me for 10days 1st nov to 10th nov...the day i vacate d unit...he came with a contractor n shouted at me asking y nvr clean d fan n aircond...just bcs he has to refund d deposit..
I paid deposit RM2,400....I told him to deduct 400 for last months balance payment...n he bank in for me RM500...Balance he said after he receive december water n electric bills...what nonsense as i vacated in end of october...yet i was calm as there was no man to talk for me..his unit 2nd room ceiling leakage...master bedroom leakage...as its 17th floor...take my words yeah ...whn it rains heavily its like tsunami...n hurricane...i stayed with the leakage for 2yrs....but my payment was up to date...lastly after 1week i vacated owner messaged me why main bathroom tap is loose that he lost a new tenant...this was where i got angry n i told him is tat tenant blind tat he nvr see the room ceiling gonna collapse n just for the tap he dnt want to rent
Its ok just u dnt want to refund the deposit n i a stupid woman nvr sign hse agreement..u keep the balance...i gv it to u as charity...thats it....n he charged for aircond ...indah waters...water electric n also for touch up painting in which not necessary....
So to who ever wanted to rent unit at tower2..unit number 2 13 1
17th floor...pls becareful ...#makesure house agreement done# owners name VELAITHAM OR VELA....DONT BE A STUPID HUMAN LIKE ME....I LEARNT MY LESSON

β β β β β JMB is bad. So called 'upgrade' parking pass gives more issues. Undetectable card very common. Letting cars to double park inside not clamping them, 4-5 bikes per unit taking up residents bike parking space. No notice of water cut. And if you realize, this building was listed in the paper as one of the residential not fire-safe.

Att: Management Office & Chairman,
I am writing this to inform you about the poor security service of Zamrud Apartment. This complaint is due to his misbehavior and disrespect to me.
Security guards act like gangsters. I got home in Zamrud Apartment, not stay with gangsters. I did not know Zamrud Apartment securities are gangsters. If you have CCTV check security guards behaviors,
His conduct has been unsatisfactory. His behavior with me has been violent. I was really shocked to get such type of service from Zamrud Apartment security service.
I hope that Zamrud Apartment management replaces the current security guards. Please take action about it before this reached the other homeowners.
That security guard no wearing the mask all the time.
I am hoping for your action so that the incident will never happen again.

β β β β β Security liked not working effectively to ensure all the incoming person to scan body temperature and mysejahtera qr code. Even him also no wearing the mask all the time.
Too many jungle people staying sometime they will through rubbish from the upper top. Be aware when pass by its better walk inside the place with covered
