★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accessibility to every part of Klang Valley due to connection to several highways. Close promixity to Paradigm Mall which has a shuttle bus to KLIA2. Nearby there is a park. Maintanence and management could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominium is new. Not suitable for family with kids. Not enough space for kids to play. Highway noise is way too much even after closing windows. West facing houses stay hot during day nd night.
Only good part if your unit is corner then there will be lot or sunlight and wind and of course skyjuice if you forget to close.
Can not hang clothes outside. Wind is way too strong. It used to move my chairs and glass table in in balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place and strategically located. It's a walking distance to Paradigm Mall, and it's also a short drive to other mall, Giant. Public transportation is not an issue, taxi and buses are around the corner and they can take you to Kelana Jaya or Glenmarie LRT station, which is also nearby.
However the rent price is a bit pricey and the Zenith management is horrible. They're horribly; not punctual, slow at work and worse, the management office did not even open on Saturday despite they Working hours board stated they opened on Saturdays albeit half day.
At one time one of the office workers there scammed a resident.

Securities there are basically useless since they cannot even speak in English or Malay. So it’s difficult to ask them for help if you’re in danger, they won’t understand a word you say.
One of their securities has shown indecent behaviors.
I was going to my new apartment there at around 8pm and one of the securities kept following me and when I started running... so did the security. I started yelling at him to ‘F!#k Off!’ but he still didn’t stop following me.. When I got to Tower A... he stood at the lobby of Tower B and took off his pants.. I ran up alert the security at Tower A but the security didn’t understand English of Malay... I kept telling him that one of his securities was acting very indecent but all he replied was okay... I felt very afraid and unsafe. Ladies if you happen to go there at night.. please be very careful and don’t go alone because if anything happens to you there is no one there to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost no redeeming qualities, traffic jam frequently, food is bad and lacks variety, no entertainment, and the locals are unpleasant as well. Only thing good is being located near Paradigm mall, but you still need to sit in the congestion for 15 minutes first. Renovation is not bad, but some areas are in poor condition and in need of attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average in terms of overall maintenance of the facilities. Gym has the bare units of equipment for workout and some are rusty. Ceiling paint at carpark is peeling off.
