★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful and rude staff. All the lady staff were just sitting back and chatting. The only one helpful and friendly in the office was the security guard. Office open so big for what purpose I don't understand and also employ so many aunties there for what purpose? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE provided at all, asked for claims tell customer to do everything themselves. The manager came out just to tell us to send letter need settle ourselves, photocopy also need go do ourselves. Other insurance companies provide better service, stay away from Zurich or just this branch. Not the first time receiving this kind of treatment. Just the worst.
