★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place. Started off very confusing. As a visitor, there are 2 entrances to this premise. The back one is ONLY meant for residence n the front is meant for both residences and visitors. Got stuck approx 30min to find my way in. Place is beautiful, safe and the securities was in place and friendly. Very posh and luxury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place I have heard of many times from real estate colleagues. So it is at par with Pavilion Hilltop. As you enter the building, you are welcomed with a koi pond. The facilities are great, considering the price you are paying. The place is walking distance to Acoris MK. The only concern is that the connection between Residensi 22 and Acoris is via a road, a dusty road.. with construction ongoing. Perhaps, the roads would improve over time. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An upscale condominium residence nestled in the prime area of Mount Kiara which housed 2 blocks of luxury units with good view of the city and it's surroundings.Units are basically a bit more spacious than conventional market units but what make it stands out is its amenities and ease of access as it has 2 main entrance from the front and back. Maintained superbly by a team of well trained staffs, this ranked high on my list of preferred high end living in the city. High value property.
