★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good room with poor service..never expect this worst from this big property.
Useless reception ppl who dont bother about the ppl who stay in their room.. no room makeup has been provide for through out my 7 days stay..
And when ever we call they give a stupid answer that they are busy with customer check in they cant do any room service for today.
please stay away from this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are big but inconvenient to check in and out as front desk is in building next door and I had to carry my luggage back and forth during check in/out. Checking in and out was slow, room has a safe but they don't allow you to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing was the spacious accommodation.The service was very bad.No cleaning was done by the staff during the whole stay.The accommodation was dirty.Un attentive staff even there was power failure during night.Very bad experience during holidays.

Great location, close to shopping centre and cinemas
Amazing little restaurant, serves an awesome range of meals.
Looking forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely happy with my stay, the food was fabulous, the service exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff especially Thilaa were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable stay! Will come back

Before arriving the staff already tell where to go to check in and then where to park. A bit hassle at first but it's okay as they already give a head up.
Room spacious, got bath tub, but already came here few times, given same room. Standard Suite didn't have view.
Like the swimming pool here. Quite big with many areas.
Want to come back but all dates fully booked. ??
