Firstly, it should be located in a serene and picturesque neighborhood and provide a gorgeous view of the city from its window. I really love the view at night. The place isnt that far from the heart of city and got a few mall around of it. Apart from it there got a lot of shop nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the common area which has a walking space, park, pools, gym, squash court and a BBQ area. I like the view from my living room, it shows the roads afar. I can feel myself being lonely in joy. There are also multitudes of shops nearby and a giant supermarket within walking distance. Great place.

Access card entry and cctv at lobby, lift and car park. Access card is blocked if owner doesn't pay maintenance for 3 months.
Common area and elevators are well-maintained and regularly sanitized.
Small parcels are delivered to mailbox and bigger ones are placed at guard control room. Food deliveries are left at tables behind guard.
Water and electric are commercial rates.
Those who want to buy a unit here must be aware that block A & B are categorized as 'Pejabat' (please refer to construction sign board in old Google street view), even though some agents mistakenly refer it as SOHO.
Some downsides are: 1)During heavy rainfall, water is dripped inside the unit from the windows. 2) Vehicle noisy at night because my unit is facing main road. MRT is not running yet as of writing.
