★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just had the worst experience in my time living here: my mother does business, she sells corsets, ect. during this RMO, it’s essential for her to keep on doing her business to feed herself and her family. of course, to need this, we need to have the stock ready for it to be shipped out to customers. the truck for the stock came and it’s BEWILDERING that the guards still would not let it inside EVEN IF ITS JUST FOR THE FRONT LOBBY (which isnt even inside the building, just the stairs that lead to the lobby). they asked to call the manager, and I WAS INFURIATED BY THE MANAGER’S LACK OF SYMPATHY.
all i need to say to the manager (woman) of this building is; 1) you have no compassion whatsoever to the independent people doing businesses 2) you are incredibly rude and unprofessional to the residents of YOUR building (she hanged up RIGHT AWAY as i was making my point) 3) you did not even TRY to negotiate a way for us to make our jobs easier. and whats worse, 4) you needed a MAN to convince you to let the truck in.
and to this, i sincerely hope the said manager gets something proper in return for her incredibly inconsiderate behaviour to about the well-being of the residents. thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very quiet and when you are inside the building you will not hear any sound or noise from the residence. ? its almost like a secluded place far away from society. The residence car park is still mostly empty meaning there are not many people who stay here.If you are looking for a quiet, serene, and peaceful place to live in, look no further,. However, its not a recommended place to stay at if you are female, single, and living alone.
