★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely apartment or condominium. Nice and huge place. My brother was moved in here and the spaces are huge. 4 bedroom,big spaces bedroom, nice kitchen and lovely cozy space for living hall. There even have private lift for each units. Pools, sauna, gym are provided. Expect for nice walking garden as im not discover much. Oh, just a small balcony, but still there's place to do a little bbq pit at private house.

All resident, cleaner, and security guard are gentle and nice. but when you have a problem, there is no supporting from the management office. the management office does not care about your issue. Avoid paragon 3 for long-term rental. Especially, foreigners should be more careful. When you talk some issue to them, they say like this. "Leave Malaysia"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update Dec 2021 - a new building management team have just taken over the management of Paragon 3. Initial impressions are very positive and things seem to be improving drastically.
Ive been living here for a few months now and there are some obvious issues with the actual apartment i rented (T3-3A-3). But the place has a lot going for it. It is in desperate need of a little love and care.
