Easy access to KL with MEX
Eateries are just walking distance, feeling lazy can just go to the facility floor Mamak stall.
Environment- ⭐⭐⭐
Good living privacy at the beginning, lately has a lot of expats with family from middle East and minor group of negro staying, often found messy in the lift after kids/adults swimming in the pool. Overall acceptable
Management - ?
I prefer the time that is still under developer's handling, things settle fast with experienced managing staff.
Recently with JMB and new staff sucks, a simple matter don't know this and that and took ages to settle. Lack of experience and managing skills. A simple refund case which can settle within 3-4 days took nearly a month yet it is still no progress. I had no longer staying there yet I still need to call in every week to follow up their 'duty'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't waste time and don't get scam joining Meadow Oaks at ground floor where they hire non qualified teachers and the principal who does not have experience managing a proper school since the principal is just a banker who works in a bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to visit my daughter and son in law.I love the inviroment.You can swim in the pool and you can have refreshment and food at the cafe just opposite the pool at level 1.You can also buy grocery at a small shop there.Overall i love the place.
