★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flaky, fragrant. There is a slight saltiness you get in this heong peah. Hup toh soh is not very sweet. Have yet to try their fried hei bee in a bottle and peanut candy. Worth the drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small completely out of the beated track local bakery absolutely worth a visit, go to the back, look at more original ovens I have seen and enjoy a sweet (actu4, 9, that was the only downside, can't buy only a couple) bisquick
