Weekdays also need to long que to wait for our turn, had went for few times but unable to buy due to super long que. finally successfully buy on 30th May and is really delicious ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family own business, need to queue for 1 hour for the kaya puff on weekday. Can’t imagine if is weekend need to queue for how long.
Ignorant staff, I was the second queue in line, then those customers after me ask if can buy others thing other than kaya puff can come inside or not, about 5-6 group come in to buy, after payment they leave except one young man buy the green bean biscuit and cut my queue, staff didn’t notice it and let him pay for the kaya puff first, I was so angry at the moment ask why I queue first but let him buy first??
To the young Chinese man, I really shame on you, act to buy others thing and cut people queue, please learn what is MANNER.

We have queued for a good 30mins and the boss informed kaya puff is sold out and we will need to wait for another 1.5hr for new batch to be ready! Are you kidding me? Haha i know its good for some people but we are not patience enough to buy this so we left.
It was on a Sunday! Business is back.

Severely understaffed, only 1 person in charge of being cashier and packing kaya puff. Arrived and started queueing at 9, shop opens at 9.30. Ard 15 people ahead of me and yet it took me 2 hours to get my kaya puffs. Infuriatingly there are aunties who cut queue and the owners let them! Honestly what a waste of time. Idk what the hype is about. As good as the kaya puffs are, its not worth wasting 2 hours of my time.
